Common questions

My access isn't unlocking after payment

Go to resume.zoevera.com, scroll to the tool, and enter the email address you used at checkout in the verification field. Click "Already subscribed? Verify your access →". If it still doesn't unlock, email us with your receipt and we'll sort it out immediately.

I signed up but the optimization feature is locked

The resume rewrite and full optimization features require you to be signed in. Check the top-right corner of the page — if it shows "Not signed in", click and sign in with the account you used when you subscribed. Once signed in, your access unlocks automatically.

How do I get a refund?

Email support@zoevera.com with your receipt. We process refunds within one business day — no questions asked.

What plans are available?

The first ATS analysis is always free — no signup required. Paid plans are one-time payments: $12 for 24-hour unlimited access or $19 for 30-day unlimited access. Neither is a subscription — you are charged once.

My PDF or DOCX didn't upload correctly

If your file is image-based (scanned PDF) or password-protected, the parser won't be able to extract text. Try saving your resume as a plain DOCX from Word or Google Docs and uploading that instead. TXT files always work as a fallback.

Is my resume data stored?

Resume and job description text is sent to the AI for analysis and is not stored on our servers after your session ends. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
