Resume Match Bot (resume.zoevera.com) is an ATS resume and cover letter checker tool. We operate as a small independent service.
Resume and job description content — when you use the checker tool, we process the text you paste in order to generate your ATS match score and AI-optimized output. This content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis and is not stored beyond the duration of your session.
Payment information — if you purchase a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number or banking details. Stripe provides us with a transaction record and an email address associated with the purchase.
Email address — collected when you make a payment, used to send your access confirmation via Resend.
Usage analytics — we use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymised usage data: page views, session duration, and general traffic patterns. This data does not identify you personally.
Cookies — Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish sessions. No other persistent cookies are set by this site.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Resume and job description text is not stored after your session ends. Payment-related records (email, transaction ID) are retained for as long as required to fulfil the service and meet legal obligations.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, use the About page to get in touch.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Resume Match Bot provides ATS resume analysis, keyword gap identification, and AI-assisted resume rewriting. The free tier returns a match score and keyword gaps. Paid plans unlock the full AI rewrite and document download.
Paid access is available as a 24-hour plan ($12) or a 30-day plan ($19) — both are one-time payments, not recurring subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe. Due to the digital and immediately consumable nature of the service, refunds are not offered once access has been granted and the AI rewrite has been delivered.

Resume Match Bot provides analysis and suggestions to help improve your resume's ATS performance. We do not guarantee job interview outcomes. The AI output is a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing and editing the final content before submitting any application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resume Match Bot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
