Supply chain job postings are among the most systems-specific in hiring. The same demand planning capability described in different ERP vocabulary scores very differently against a posting built around SAP versus Oracle versus Blue Yonder.
ERP vocabulary must name specific modules: SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP WM (Warehouse Management), SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), SAP PP (Production Planning). "SAP experience" scores below any of these. Oracle SCM, JDA/Blue Yonder, Kinaxis RapidResponse, and Manhattan Associates are separate ATS keyword clusters.
Warehouse and logistics technology: WMS (Warehouse Management System), TMS (Transportation Management System), EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), RFID, Manhattan WMOS, Blue Yonder. Procurement platforms: Coupa, Ariba, SAP SRM, Ivalua. Name every platform, not the category.

Use acronym and full name: "APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management)."
Planning and performance vocabulary: S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), demand planning, inventory management, safety stock, reorder point, OTIF (On Time In Full), fill rate, forecast accuracy, DDMRP, 3PL management, 4PL, INCOTERMS. These are direct ATS keyword filters — not optional vocabulary.

The most common cause is ERP category language. "SAP experience" scores significantly below "SAP MM, SAP WM, SAP SD" — each module is a separate ATS keyword. APICS certifications must also appear with both acronym and full name.
Always use the specific acronym and full name: "APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management)". Generic phrases like "supply chain certification" match nothing in ATS configurations.
OTIF = On Time In Full. It is a standard supply chain KPI and a common ATS keyword for logistics and supply chain roles. Include the metric and your performance against it: "Maintained 98.3% OTIF across 14 SKU categories."
