Practice area vocabulary must be specific and present: M&A (mergers and acquisitions), private equity, leveraged buyouts (LBO), venture capital, SPACs, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, dispute resolution, litigation, arbitration, mediation, commercial contracts, employment law, real estate, IP. Name the practice area exactly as it appears in the posting.
Transaction type vocabulary for transactional lawyers: SPA (share purchase agreement), APA (asset purchase agreement), SHA (shareholders agreement), term sheet, due diligence, conditions precedent, warranty and indemnity, W&I insurance, disclosure letter. These signal experience with real transactions — and they are ATS keyword filters.

Use the standard format: "X years PQE" (UK) or "X years of experience" (US). UK recruiters and ATS systems filter by PQE range explicitly. Include the year of qualification and the jurisdiction.
